About Keystone AEC

Keystone AEC (keystoneaec.com) is an AI platform for land feasibility and master planning in India and the USA.

Who is behind Keystone?

Keystone was founded by Ishant Bajaj, a civil engineer who previously built two bootstrapped real estate businesses. He is building a connected workflow for the questions developers face before committing to a site.

What does the platform help with?

The workflow starts with a site boundary and client requirements. It connects land intelligence, master planning, layouts, unit mix, estimated costs, timeline, feasibility and underwriting.

Where does it work?

Keystone is built for development work in India and the USA. Each site still needs its own current local rules, measured conditions and source checks. Country coverage does not mean every local rule or site condition has been verified.

What are its limits?

Early planning outputs support review and further diligence. They do not establish title, utility capacity, a permit or compliance certification. BIM, construction drawings and construction execution remain roadmap or internal-verification work rather than a public delivery promise.
